Early to Mid Stage Avascular Necrosis
Experiencing deep joint pain due to compromised blood flow to the bone? HBOT can help support bone microcirculation and joint preservation.
How It Works
Avascular necrosis occurs when temporary or permanent loss of blood supply to the bone leads to bone tissue ischemia. HBOT delivers high oxygen concentrations to ischemic bone segments, reduces intraosseous edema, and stimulates osteogenesis and angiogenesis to support bone remodeling.
What to Expect
Sessions are 90 to 120 minutes daily. A full course typically consists of 30 to 40 sessions to promote bone remodeling and symptom reduction.
The Results
When initiated during early to mid-stages (Ficat Stage I or II), HBOT can help reduce pain, support joint preservation, and potentially delay the progression toward joint replacement surgery.
